Limited obstetrical ultrasound exams are available after we confirm a pregnancy with our testing. Our ultrasounds allow our clients to observe their baby’s movements while we continue to talk about the development of the child. We begin performing ultrasounds when a client is at least eight weeks pregnant. At this time, the baby’s heart is beating, legs and arms are visible and brain activity has begun.
Our ultrasounds allow us to confirm the pregnancy, determine the fetal age and approximate due date and rule out an ectopic pregnancy.
